The club of Lévézou Ségala Aveyron XV was entrusted by the Occitanie League, the organization of the rugby sector finals at 7 U19 (juniors) at the municipal stadium of the Primaube. It is also because of its well -established reputation in terms of organization that this event was awarded to this club.
Seven teams were hired following the Gaillac, Figeac, Beaumont-de-Lomagne, Sor Agout, Valence-d’Agen, Aviron Castres, Mende, and LSA XV. In the morning, a sustained wind complicated the first meetings and in the afternoon, strong showers took over, without altering the determination of the players.
Despite these climatic vagaries, all the teams have delivered great performances and chained matches in a spirit of competition but also of solidarity. The GS Figeacois club opposed to the Valencia d’Agen club during the final won its ticket for the finals which will take place on June 7 at the Ernest-Vallon stadium in Toulouse, and the grand finale of which will be played in the curtain of the pro D2 final.
The LSA players achieved a good course by finishing 4th in the competition following a match won against Valence d’Agen, a defeat against Aviron Castres, a defeat during the small final whose suspense was breathless. The meeting ended with perfect equality after regulation time, the winner was appointed during the sudden death, and it was Beaumont-de-Lomagne who “unfortunately” first.
The managers thank the friendly for senior players who held the fast food stand, and all the faithful volunteers who worked for the good achievement of this one.
