The Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility (MTMD) appeals to caution during this flood period.
A dozen road sections remain closed due to floods.
We were notified that there are people who move the obstacles when roads or bridges are closed. People do not know if there is something on the road that we do not see
warns the spokesperson for the Ministry of Transport, Nicole Gaulin.
The most recent closure concerns route 386 in the Belcourt sector. Light vehicles can no longer run up to the Paquin stream.

In the case of a bridge, even if on the deck we no longer see water, the ministry cannot reopen the bridge as long as it has not been inspected to check if there is no damage that has been caused to the structure
specifies Nicole Gaulin.
