Thierry Nier, from the CGT-Cheminots, takes note of this step: “Now we want to put pressure on because we know very well that she [la direction] will not give us anything for free, so railway workers must continue to mobilize “.

The CGT-Cheminots, the first union organization at the SNCF, announced on Wednesday the launch of a call for strike, for several categories of railway company personnel, on June 4, 5 and 11, thus marking its intention to continue the mobilization.

On June 4 and 11 are Wednesdays, outside the holidays and bridges, so as to weigh on negotiations, while limiting the impact for users as much as possible: “A strike, she will always bother”explains Thierry Nier. “There, we watched, on June 4, it is the Holy Clotilde and on June 11, Saint-Barnabé, a priori, there is no contraindication to be able to carry the requirements of the employees on these days”. The mobilization of June 5 concerns, for its part, the repeal of the pension reform.
