The National Hockey League (NHL) went to get into the portfolios of Arber Xhekaj and Dylan Mcilrath on Monday, even if Alex Ovechkin should have been the only one to receive a fine.

Xhekaj and Mcilrath were relieved of a few thousand dollars without precise explanation of the League. TVA Sports journalist, Renaud Lavoie, however found a very interesting sequence.

“He has no business in the territory of the Canadian, and he is not fined,” he insisted on the captain of the capital. “I asked the question [à la LNH] And they don’t give me an answer, of course. It’s a bit annoying [pour la LNH].»
Fines have been distributed for no more reason, while the dangerous blows multiply in this series. Alexandre Carrier and Jake Evans were reached very high by defeating Tom Wilson and Ovechkin, while Brendan Gallagher and Cole Caufield have received double-landscapes in the face.
“We let it pass violent contacts, but we give fines [pour] Peccadilles. […] It is difficult to explain. It is difficult for you and I to come before the people who are looking at us now and to give them explanations that make sense, ”admitted Renaud Lavoie, addressing the host Jean-Charles Lajoie.
