Prince William privately attended a screening of David Attenborough’s documentary earlier today, GB News understands.
The Prince of Wales, 42, was not at the premiere with his father, King Charles, tonight.
King Charles attended the premiere of “Ocean with David Attenborough” at the Royal Festival Hall in London this evening, on the second anniversary of his Coronation.
The monarch, 76, dressed in a black bow tie and suit, as he walked the blue carpet, which replaced the traditional red to match the ocean theme.

The documentary, which will debut in cinemas before airing on streaming platforms, focuses on ocean conservation.
Other notable attendees included Felicity Jones, Geri Halliwell-Horner and Cara Delevingne.
King Charles has long championed sustainability causes, including protecting nature and the oceans.
The King’s attendance at the environmental documentary comes amid his longstanding commitment to conservation issues.
In 1970, Charles marked the “growing menace” of oil and plastic pollution in the sea during a speech at the “Countryside In 1970” conference.
-The film aims to share “the story of how we can, and must, restore the glory of Earth’s vast, interconnected waters,” according to a press release.
Earlier in the day, King Charles held private audiences at Buckingham Palace with several dignitaries.
These included the Governor-General of Canada, Mary Simon, as well as Ecuador’s President Daniel Noboa and First Lady Angela Lavinia Valbonesi Acosta.
Queen Camilla didn’t join her husband for the film premiere, but was engaged with her own royal duties.
The Queen, 77, participated in the ongoing recognition of the 80th anniversary of VE Day.
She joined five-year-old Harrison Machin to install the final poppies in an installation at the Tower of London marking the end of World War II.
The Queen’s flower represented those who served in the global conflict, while Harrison’s symbolised hope for future generations.
The royal couple were together earlier in the day, celebrating the second anniversary of their coronation by unveiling new royal portraits at the National Gallery in London.
The King’s painting by artist Peter Kuhfeld depicts the monarch in the Throne Room of St. James’s Palace, wearing his naval uniform and Robe of State.
Kuhfeld has known the King for decades and previously painted Prince William and Prince Harry as young boys.
Queen Camilla’s portrait was painted by Paul S. Benney, showing her in the ivory silk Bruce Oldfield Coronation dress with silver and gold embroidered floral designs. The painting also features her Robe of Estate and Coronation crown.
