The Yamaha XSR900 2024 brings together the best of two worlds in the motorcycle: a retro style and sports performance. This latest version pays tribute to Yamaha’s race inheritance while offering advanced technology and thrilling performance.
At the heart of the machine is an 890cc three -cylinder in -line engine cooled by liquid, associated with a six -speed gearbox. It produces 117 hp and 93 nm of torque. Yamaha also offers bridled versions: a 35 kW version for A2 license holders, and a 70 kW version for intermediate licenses.
The suspensions are provided by an inverted fork fully adjustable at the front and a rear shock absorber, both adjustable for preload and the rebound, the fork also offering a compression adjustment. The chassis is Yamaha’s latest generation deltabox, known for its rigidity and driving precision.
-Regarding the brakes, Yamaha equipped the motorcycle with two hydraulic discs with a radial stirrup at the front and a hydraulic disc at the back, all with ABS. The 17 -inch wheels have bridgestone battlax hypersport s22 tires.
The dashboard is modern, being a color TFT unit. The inertial unit of measurement (IMU) is derived from the R1, managing the tensile control sensitive to inclination, the sliding control system and the front wheel control system. It also has an Assist & Slipper clutch and a Quick Shifter, as well as the cruise control.
The livery respects the traditional Yamaha racing colors, with a combination of white and red tones. The round lighthouse, the handlebars of the handlebars and the shape of the saddle are other elements which define this Yamaha XSR900, stripped of fairings.
