Holder of a State doctorate in economics and management, the Komat has exercised leading functions in higher education, in particular as vice-president of Hassan II University in Casablanca, responsible for scientific research and cooperation for 3 years and dean of the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences of Casablanca for 11 years. He has 18 years of experience in the management of private higher education structures, thus consolidating his fine knowledge of the issues related to training, employability and human capital management.
Professor of higher education, he provides lessons in human resources management, leadership, change conduct, as well as in development economy and geostrategy. Its scientific contributions are numerous: national and international publications in the field of management and the economy, coordination of scientific publications in these same areas and active participation in academic events in Morocco and abroad.
Mr. Komat was a member of several commissions at the Ministry of Higher Education of Scientific Research and Innovation between 2011 and 2025. He also sat at the CGEM within the Talents Commission, training and employability, and occupied the function of vice-president in charge of the academic within the GIPSI (Interprofessional Group of Prevention and Industrial Security).
On the social level, Mr. Komat chairs the Federation Resofem, which works for the promotion of the economic status of Moroccan women, as well as the Oum Rabia association, dedicated to the economic integration of young people within the framework of the IndH.
