In a press , after this meeting, Ms. Crisóstomo stressed that Operation Marhaba 2025 is to be, once again, a model of cooperation between and Spain, while welcoming the high level of coordination between the authorities of the two countries. To this is added a substantial investment for upgrading the port infrastructure of Tangier-Med, Nador and Al Hoceima, as well as for the comfort and facilitation measures for passengers (relaxation island, shaded surfaces, bridges, display and signaling systems, as well as the dredging of car-ferries). A major social assistance system will be set up by the Mohammed V Foundation for solidarity in Morocco and abroad, with more than 1,200 elements mainly social workers and . The national system thus provides for and health supervision along the roads (3,578 km) and rest areas, mobilizing doctors, nurses, ambulances, provisional rescue centers and medical units, the mobilization of local authorities, in particular through the establishment of ad hoc cells in the provinces and prefectures concerned, the strengthening of the workforce and Mobilization of consular representations of Morocco in Spain, with daily permanence guaranteed, including weekends and holidays.

In addition, important measures have been taken in the fields of maritime and road transport, including technical verification campaigns of ships, as well as the mobilization of land transport inspectors. To support this operation, a strategy will be dedicated to MREs, in particular for the popularization of practical information and the dissemination of clear, accessible and relevant information in order to meet their expectations and their needs. The two parties agreed to strengthen coordination between focal points to ensure good circulation of information and anticipate certain aspects related to the management of peak days, the interchangeability of tickets and the fight against speculation on the prices of maritime crossings.
