In this context, he argued that the Atlantic African partnership is not only a strategic instrumentbut also a political, economic and human process, noting that this partnership carries within it the ambition of an Africa which no longer undergoes the winds of history, but which chooses its management and traces its way, with lucidity, confidence and unity.
Mr. Bourita reaffirmed, on this occasion, the full determination of the Kingdom of Morocco to advance this dynamic, to guarantee its continuity and to strengthen its scope.
