In a speech addressed to the Fifth ministerial meeting of the Atlantic States process (Peaa) which stands in Praia in Cape Verde, Mr. Bourita stressed that “our duty is to make it a reality, a visible, tangible and lasting reality”. In continuity of this empirical construction, the Réunion de Praia is the occasion for a lucid assessment and a strategic projection, said the Minister, noting that the implementation report confirms that this partnership is advancing well, identifies tangible actions and proposes recommendations relevant.
