Morocco welcomed 5.7 million people in the first 4 months of 2025, thus recording an increase of 23% compared to the same period of 2024, according to the Ministry of tourism, Crafts and Social and Solidarity Economy.
“Morocco records an exceptional performance with 5.7 million tourists at the end of April 2025 (+23% vs 2024), or one million additional tourists in just 4 months of 2025. These exceptional figures naturally place Morocco among the most dynamic tourist destinations in the world“Indicates the ministry.
The month of April alone recorded 1.7 million arrivals, 27% more compared to April 2024 demonstrating an attractiveness which now transcends traditional seasons.
“These exceptional results are proof of the effectiveness of the tourism roadmap launched by the government under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him. A strategy that capitalizes on the unique assets of our country, while setting up the bases necessary for lasting tourism growth“, Underlines the Minister of Tourism, Crafts and Social and Solidarity Economy, Fatim-Zahra Ammor.
