“The USFP can in no case disappear following any discovery for the right reason that it was not born by decision, we are actors with constant roots in the Moroccan political soil which cannot be torn off. Thus, by opening up this work, intervening in the middle of the dynamics experienced by the militant deployment of the Party of Popular Forces, the first leader of the Party of Popular Forces party did not fail to pay a vibrant tribute to the “symbols” of the militantism of the great region of Safi, such as “the deceased Al Ouadii Al Assafi, the fighter Mohamed Ach-Chaâbi, the fighter Mohamed Lamrabti, and Master El Oualladi who contributed to the anchoring of human rights culture in the province ”.
Just as he expressed his congratulations to Naoufal El Bouâmri for the management of the responsibility of the Directorate of the Moroccan Human Rights Organization, believing that the country needs a “strong, courageous and daring” organization.
Furthermore, Driss Lachguar reviewed the different stages of the history of the Popular Forces Party by indicating: “We are not a party from various wishes of its creation, we are affiliated with the roots …”.
In this regard, the Usfpeist leader evoked the memories of the extraordinary congress of 1975, highlighting the great debates led by the deceased Omar Benjelloun by attesting: “We were impregnated by the concrete analysis of reality …”.
On this, highlighting the choice of motto: “moralization of political life and immunization of democracy” and approaching the political situation, Driss Lachguar stressed that the moralization of political action is a sine qua non condition for the immunization of democracy while deploring the recession, political excesses and lack of seriousness “.
As a result, the first secretary of the Socialist Union of Popular Forces reiterated the concept of the censure motion presented by the party by affirming that the objective is not to “bring down the government but rather to” revive the real political debate within the premises of the parliamentary institution. “We are a state of institutions and not a fragile state … We aspire that citizens will follow a real debate through their screens around the future of their country instead of the digital foray that empties the elections of their content,” he developed.
In this same vein, the Head of Ittihadi has chained by declaring to fear the transformation of the next electoral deadlines into purely formal deadlines, especially since the majority extends its domination and its hegemony over all institutions, government and territorial councils in this case, hammering that it “does not reflect the real will of the Moroccan people, as long as there is no corrective stand-by ».
And to conclude by expressing its satisfaction of the report of the preparatory commission of the 7th Provincial Congress of Safi, considering that the symbiosis between the partisan and union ranges constitutes no doubt an essential foundation of the construction of a solid organization, while calling all the participants in these works to work for the consolidation of the partisan sectors …
In addition, addressing the population of Safi, he claimed: “Despite all the riches and the importance of mining resources and phosphate deposits of which they enjoy, the inhabitants of this province do not fully benefit. It is therefore time to rise through the ballot boxes in order to choose their real representatives well ”.
Finally, it should be noted that officials and activists from all the provinces affiliated with the Marrakech-Safi region (Marrakech, El Kelâa des Sraghna, Youssoufia, Echemaïa, Chichaoua, Essaouira) have actively participated in this work, by being fully involved in the debates oriented towards the future of the Party Party (…)
