

As part of the follow -up of the preparations undertaken by Morocco for the organization of the African Cup of Nations scheduled for December 2025, this Thursday, a meeting was held at the headquarters of the Ministry of the interior to assess the progress of the construction and renovation of the stadiums in the six host cities: Rabat, Casablanca, Tanger, Fès, Marrakech and Agadir. This meeting also focused on complementary urban projects linked to the organization of the event.
The meeting took place in the presence of the Minister of the Interior, the Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget, the President of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, as well as the Walis, Presidents of the Regional and Communal Councils concerned, and officials of the main agencies and national infrastructure and transport offices, according to a press release.
