In order to keep the Heel Turn fans of John Cena when Elimination Chamber, WWE had informed very few people of what was going to happen in the last minutes of the event.
Triple H recently granted an interview to Peter Rosenberg and unveiled who was aware of John Cena’s Heel Turn. At the same time, he revealed that the 16 times world champion had not even informed his wife.
Triple H tells us:
“When John [Cena] made his Heel Turn, it was said to almost anyone. Three staff knew it. Me and two other people. No one else knew it. Cena knew it, of course. Cena didn’t even say it to his wife and manager. Cody [Rhodes] knew it, he didn’t tell anyone either. Obviously, The Rock knew it. Twist [Scott] knew it quickly, but he just followed the movement to do what they told him to do, including Gifler Cody at one point. He would have done it that Cena likes it or not because Cena was not aware of that moment. “
