Karate: Owen Bruisson Vice-Champion de France with Etik
After his title of champion of France obtained two years ago in Marseille followed by an injury which had dismissed him from the tatamios last year (fracture of the toe), Owen Bruisson was keen to return strong this season.
Bet raised on April 20 in Vannes (Brittany) at the French minimal championships, one of the most raised age categories in karate. Owen was able to dismiss his opponents in turn. He started on a 5-1 victory, before getting 7-0 during the 2nd meeting. In the semi -finals, he faces one of the favorites, Messaoud Kamil (International Karate Club of Lyon), defending defeat of the French Cup of -55 kg. After a very disputed start to fight, Owen has been led to the last 20 seconds. With his experience, Owen manages to return and shows the full extent of his talent to finally win 9-2.
