This Tuesday, April 29, the Regional Natural Park (PNR) Oise-Pays de France organized, in collaboration with the city of Senlisthe third place of Senlis and with the support of the community of communes of Senlis Sud Oise (Ccsso), a day dedicated to theSocial and solidarity economy (ESS). In Senlis, of course.
Through feedback and the animation of round tablesaround thirty elected officials and actors in the territory met to discuss the challenges of ESS and its potential contributions for the territory. “By designating a mode of development that seeks to reconcile economic activity and social utility, the ESS represents a lever of unknown development and under-exploited on a national scale, explains Patrice Marchandthe president of the PNR Oise-Pays de France. Thus, the objective of the day was to present and make known what the ESS and what it can bring to the territory of the PNR. ”
A definite interest in the territory
Pascale Loiseleurthe mayor of Senlis, and Patrice Marchand, therefore wanted to highlight the interest that the ESS structures present for their territory. The round tables that followed their intervention were in the same direction. Marie-Noëlle Delaire, the vice-president of the Hauts-de-France region in charge of crafts and the social and solidarity economy, and Gérard Dechy, the Regional Chamber of the Social and Solidarity Economy (Cress) of Hauts-de-France, have largely animated them.
“The exchanges made it possible to highlight the benefits of the SSE as a designer of territorialized jobs, social ties and innovation, reports Patrice Marchand. It provides concrete solutions to problems that local authorities and traditional companies are struggling to solve. ”
-The orientations of the PNR Charter
While the SSE is still very little known, it appears for the PNR as essential. As proof, the union Mixed already works in partnership with many structures from ESS on the territory to implement certain provisions of its charter.
Thus, and in line with the orientations of its charter, the social and solidarity economy represents a lever for local development that the PNR tends to support and encourage. “These first dating have thus made it possible to launch the reflections and to connect the actors to initiate future projects carrying cooperation and democracy, where humans hold its place, “concludes the president of the PNR.
70 municipalities in Oise and Val d’Oise
Recall that the Oise – Pays de France regional natural park was created in 2004 and that it brings together 70 municipalities in Oise and Val d’Oise. “Its objective is to reconcile preservation of the natural and cultural heritage and development of the territory, sums up its president. This is the reason why a mixed union-located at the Maison du Parc, in Orry-la-Ville-made up of elected officials from the 70 municipalities, the two departments and the two regions, implements actions in favor of the environment, sustainable development, tourism, agriculture, natural and historical heritage … “
