To hope to stay in Hidden brigades and possibly reintegrate Top chef, He absolutely had to succeed in the new test prepared by brigadier chiefs and the culinary journalist, François-Régis Gaudry. After the egg aspic of episode 6, they proposed to candidates a new dish around the egg.
A lucky dish
In this new episode of Hidden brigadesGrégoire, Ilane and Sean aimed to revisit the floating island, whether in a savory and/or sweet version. Grégoire and Sean both chose to opt for Japanese flavors in their respective dish. “I really want to give myself 100 %. It’s my chance”reacted the newcomer. A flowing island
It was not easy for the three judges to decide between the floating islands of Ilane and Sean. “There were two beautiful plates”assured Fabien Ferré.
