Stephen Curry was ruled out in the second quarter due to a left hamstring strain, but the Warriors were still able to secure the win.
Buddy Hield led Golden State with 24 points, while Jimmy Butler had 20 and Draymond Green added 18.
Hield has made 14 3-pointers over his past two games, the fifth player in NBA postseason history with at least 14 made 3-pointers in a two-game span, joining Curry, Klay Thompson, Damian Lillard and Desmond Bane, according to ESPN Research. Curry, Thompson and Lillard all have had multiple such spans.

After scoring just one point in the first half, Anthony Edwards finished with 23 points to lead Minnesota.
The Warriors have a 21-1 series record after winning Game 1 under coach Steve Kerr (since 2015), according to ESPN Research. Their only such series loss came in the 2016 NBA Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
