The first results found dates back to 1949! It was perhaps another era as some say, but the most crowned runners of the time did not hesitate to participate in this kind of criterium.

Certainly small peloton but the runners present made the show but well failed to be “to have” by the youngest!
From the first kilometers Corentin Faure, Thomas Carreau, Damien Lapouges took off.
Following a bad “agreement”, Lapouges and Faure got up.
Thomas Carreau continued, took the minute in advance halfway. Well protected by his teammates, the public already thought of the victory of the young Périgourdin.
