Friday, April 4, the members of the Penn ar Bed cycling organizing committee met at the preparation meeting at the La Courte Social Social Center, in Plouzané. Last straight line in the preparation of the 39e edition which will take place on Saturday April 19 and Sunday April 20, 2025.
The international tray will include 8 foreign teams. A total of 12 nationalities will be represented, among the 171 runners U 19 (under 19) at the start, including Belgians, United States, Mauritanians …
The French teams will be well represented: Argenteuil Val de Seine, Team U HL, Orléans Loiret Cyclisme, Stade Toulousain, Team Culture Vélo, Pôle Espoir de Caen without forgetting the Finistère departmental committees and local clubs of CC Bourg-Blanc and AC Gouesnou.
109 km on Saturday, a 7.5km and 120km time trial
The 2025 program promises to once again
Departure of the 1re STEP Rue des Myosotis in Plouzané at 2:30 p.m. for 109 km online with an arrival around 5 p.m., in Ploumoguer.
2e stage will be an individual 7.5 km time trial in the form of a round trip between Plougonvelin and Pointe Saint-Mathieu from where the 3 will leavee STEP at 2:30 p.m., with an arrival in Plouzané, rue des Myosotis around 5:15 p.m., after 120 km, on the picturesque and steep roads of the Pays d’Iroise and the metropolis.

Animations and support
A presentation of the teams will take place before the start of each stage online from 1:20 p.m., Place Jules-Ferry, in Plouzané, and on the forecourt of Pointe Saint-Mathieu.
For the completion of the test, the Committee counts on the mobilization of 120 volunteers. The bikers of the fas accustomed to major cycling events in Brittany will supervise the test with the bikers of the national gendarmerie. Note the presence also of the French Red Cross which will provide first aid.
Traffic difficulties
Traffic difficulties are to be expected for the departure of the event on Saturday in the rue des Myosotis between the Jean-Marie-Djibaou roundabout and the road to Trénen.
For the arrival of Sunday, the runners will arrive on the circuit around 4:45 p.m. until 6 p.m. The following streets will be concerned: rue des Myosotis, rue de Kerallan, rue des Chênes, the human rights roundabout, the avenues Jean-Moulin, Jacques-Prévert, rue Jacques-Anquetil, the municipal road to Ilioc, rue Coat Edern, then rue de Bretagne.
