A pedestrian suffered head injuries after being caught up in a motorist in the Charlesbourg sector.
The impact occurred near the intersection of Boulevard Henri-Bourassa and the 76e Street around 12:45 p.m., Thursday.

Upon arrival, the victim was breathing and was aware, but the latter was transported to hospital for head injuries.
Although her state of health was initially uncertain, the authorities finally confirmed that she was out of danger.

The circumstances surrounding the collision remain nebulous. We first believed that the motorist could have committed a flight offense after the impact in this story.
The driver was also met by the investigators, considered a moment as a “person of interest”.

However, after verification with witnesses and image of surveillance cameras, there would have been no criminal impact in this accident, according to Pierre-Olivier Lévesque, spokesperson for the Quebec City Police Service (SPVQ).
