Genesis Canada presents a world premiere: the concept Genesis G70 Track Day Special, A racing car that will be used to demonstrate all the brand’s know-how in terms of performance. What is quite unusual is that the racing car is unveiled worldwide, even here in Canada. The luxury brand of Hyundai will then start a Canadian tour to introduce the concept vehicle to the general public.
Genesis Canada’s initiative is inspired by what the manufacturer has done in Europe with the Genesis Track Taxi experience at the Nürburgring. However, while the public can pay in order to take place aboard a Genesis racing car and experiment with vehicle performance on the famous race circuit, the G70 Track Day Special concept will be static during various events planned across the country.

As for the car, it symbolizes according to Genesis one of the emotional stages in the evolution of the brand. More simply, Genesis wants to continue building a prestige image, an element that encourages several buyers when the time comes to shop for a luxury car. This time, Genesis plans to bet on high performance, playing German brands on the ground.
She takes up the basics of the G70
Built on the bases of the Genesis G70, the car takes up several performance components from its European derivative, the G70 Track Taxi, including its suspension, the 19 -inch rims and its aerodynamic set. The car is also equipped with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.

The vehicle also displays “Nordschleife” graphics on the front and rear wings, but what distinguishes it most is the imposing rear spoiler which provides additional dynamic support.
In order to present the car to the public, Genesis Canada has collaborated with its network of dealers to organize presentations of the G70 Track Day Special in various places across the country. The public will thus be able to closely admire the only copy of this high performance G70.
In Canada, the Genesis G70 2025 is offered at the base price of $ 56,000, the brand’s sport coupe is delivered as standard with a 2.5 -liter turbo engine, developing a power of 300 horsepower. A more powerful 3.3 -liter mechanics pushes the power level to 365 horsepower.
