“I stop with immediate effect”: Top sprinter Caleb Ewan sends surprisingly message into the world
The Australian pocket sprinter Caleb Ewan (30) suddenly puts an end to his cycling career. He says that via social media. “After reasons, I decided to stop professional cycling with immediate effect,” writes Caleb Ewan.

“That was not easy, but I am glad that that period did not overshadow the end of my career. I am proud of what I have achieved in a short but successful period.”
Thanks to Ineos Grenadiers. “The team gave me space and peace to discover what I could do again,” says the 30-year-old Sprinter.
“I won again and felt again respected. I can’t thank them enough for that,” says Ewan, who in his letter also extensively thanks his parents, his family and his fans for the support in his career.
