The lifestyle brand with eco-responsible positioning relaunches its growth in France. As part of its development strategy abroad, Ecoalf has just inaugurated a new establishment in the center of the coastal city of Biarritz, in the southwest of France.
-Located at number 4 on the Empress avenue, the store offers a wide selection of the Spanish brand’s offer, including its collection for spring/summer 2025 and its surf line, a very practiced sport in this city in the Basque Country.
The brand had decided to close its Parisian store on rue du Temple, in the heart of the French capital last year. With this inauguration, Ecoalf strengthens its position on the French market, where it currently has three points of sale as well as corners at Galeries Lafayette and in Printemps Haussman in Paris.
As part of its international growth strategy, the brand recently opened the doors of an establishment in Tokyo and three points of sale in the Italian department stores La Rinascente.
Founded in 2009 by Javier Goyeneche, its current president, the brand with sustainable positioning has a sales network of 1,500 shops worldwide. During fiscal 2023, ECOALF sales increased by 25% to reach a turnover of 60 million euros. By the fiscal year 2027, the label aims for annual income of 150 million euros thanks to the increase in its sales outside its domestic market.
