Magazine Maghreb womenin partnership with Emptiness Consulting, organized Thursday, April 10, 2025 the third edition of the “Professional Parity Trophy”, dedicated to the financial sector.
This initiative aims to promote equal opportunities and to enhance the concrete actions carried out by the actors of the bank, insurance and microfinance in favor of inclusive governance. It is a continuation of our magazine’s commitment to professional parity.
This trophy is also an opportunity to establish a constructive debate on gender equality in financial circles, while highlighting the most committed good practices and institutions.
An exceptional ceremony and significant tributes
The trophies ceremony brought together a panel of high managers from the Tunisian financial sector. It was also an opportunity to make a Tribute supported by two pioneers whose vision and commitment have permanently marked the professional landscape:

A particular tribute was paid to him for his exemplary career, marked by a deep human commitment. Throughout his career, he distinguished himself by his fight for parity and his firm desire to promote women’s access to decision -making positions. A jury of excellence committed for parity
The jury of this 3rd edition was made up of eminent and recognized personalities for their expertise, their leadership and their commitment to professional equality:
- Madame Sonia Sehili – General delegate of the Banking and Financial Council (CBF)
- Madame Sonia Ben Frej – Managing Director of BH Invest, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tunis Stock Exchange
- Madame to Selim Messada -Chartered accountant, auditor
- Madame Im Messadi -Expert in marketing and business transformation, CEO & Co-founder of Horama Strategic Advisory
- Madame Neil Zoghlami -sociologist, activist, ex-president of ATFD
