Our environment is a food attic, without really knowing it. Caroline Calendula, installed since 2022 in Thémines, is a specialist in edible wild plants. With the internships she organizes and the books she writes, she has given herself mission to transmit her knowledge to the greatest number to “change the look”.
She therefore trains her fellow citizens to learn to recognize and cook all these edible plants that live in the wild. Caroline Calendula followed the teaching of Practical ethnobotanic collegeco -founded by François Couplan Who notably formed chef Marc Veyrat. From Isère to Lot
