Transport to the book fair: two special buses and reinforced lines from May 1

On the occasion of the 39th edition of the International Book of Tunis, the company Transport de Tunis announced, , April 30, 2025, the establishment of devices to facilitate access to the site of the event, located at the Kram Exhibition Palace.

From Thursday, May 1, 2025 and until the end of the week, two buses will be specially assigned to the direct service of the Fair. These vehicles will leave from the central station “Habib Thameur” in Tunis and will ensure continuous journeys from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. The price was set at a dinar, with unified pricing for this dedicated service.

In addition, several regular lines will be mobilized to serve the kram, with a route passing through the Salon’s place. These include:

  • Line 28 “C” connecting the Tunis Marine station to the Kram Fair

  • Line 28 “D” between Lakania and Salammbô, via the exhibition site

  • Line 47, starting from the bus-metro interconnection station “10 December 1948” at Ariana towards La Goulette

  • Line 17 “B” connecting El Medina El Jadida to La Goulette

Transport of Tunis has also planned supervised journeys for the benefit of students from several educational establishments. The primary schools of “Sidi Hassine 4”, “Ezzouhour”, “Cité el Fath” and “March 20 Sijoumi” are concerned, the colleges of “Maakel Ezzâim”, “El Ouardia” and “Cité El Khadhra”, as well as the high schools “El Aloui”, “Arbi Chammari in El Ouardia” and “36 Cité El Khadhra”.

This system aims to encourage the participation of people and families in this major cultural meeting, while facilitating access to the exhibition site for a large audience.
