The Belgian company Cenenergy, specializing in charging solutions, announces a strategic partnership with Monta, a Danish company expert in the management of charging infrastructure. Together, they aim to provide 16,000 new recharge points across the country.
Founded in 2016, Cennergy has developed a large network of terminals, both in public and private spaces. It also offers subscription formulas allowing its customers to access more than 450,000 terminals in Europe. Faced with the rapid growth in the number of electric vehicles in the country, Cenenergy joined Monta to offer a fluid and innovative charging experience.
A thoughtful partnership
With this duet of experts, no less than 16,000 new charging points will be deployed. This solid partnership aims an optimized and intuitive management of infrastructure. The developed platform allows complete management: energy balancing, terminals availability (public or private), reservation, pricing, as well as advanced tools for fleet management, personalization of access and automated reimbursement of charging costs – at home, in business or on the road.
-“By optimizing the use of infrastructure and simplifying access to the terminals, we play an essential role together in the energy transition,” underlines Allan Segebarth, COO of Cennergy.
With this initiative, many new terminals will be born in Belgium, one of the countries most committed to the decarbonation of its car fleet, although certain disparities still remain.
