On Saturday April 12, the Net’s basketball club of Saint-Jean organized a day under the sign of sport and conviviality. This internal meeting started at 11 a.m. with a 3 to 3 tournament bringing together 15 teams from the U13, U15 and U18, girls and boys categories. Beautiful energy reigned on the grounds until 3 p.m., confirming the enthusiasm of young people for this dynamic and playful basketball formula. The day continued with a match of the U18 Occitanie Girls team, which ended in a great victory. Then in the evening, the senior girls and boys faced the Lavaur teams. Despite two defeats, these meetings made it possible to create a beautiful atmosphere around the field and to bring together supporters. This sporting moment was also an opportunity for the club to honor its partners during an evening dedicated to sponsors and local supports. The Net’s does not stop there: a new club evening is scheduled for May 10, followed by another on May 17. Senior basketball players will meet for a 3×3 tournament on June 15. Finally, the club’s general assembly will be held on Friday, July 4.
