essential
As often in front of a top team, the Appaméens showed great things but without winning victory. Colomiers won 92-82.

Two bad starts of half-time, forgotten rebounds, a few disputed whistles: once again, the UOP has moved close to the success but still has to be satisfied with the eternal calling of encouraging performance.
The Ariégeois had however overcome the handicap of a particularly delicate start to the match. Two minutes of play sanctioned by two faults and an 8-2 force the yellow and black to run after the score. If Romain Soula’s men are struggling to find a little address, the Appamanian defense, after a difficult awakening, manages to keep respect for the columérines full of edge and do not suffer from the suffocating heat that reigns in the René Piquemal gym.
At the beginning of the second quarter, well led by the Duo Clément Pliers-Bastien Hard, the residents of the Rijole even offered the luxury of making the race in mind (22-25, 13th). Albéric Martinon, Colomiers and former coach of the yellow and black house, decides to whistle the end of the recess. A dead time and some defensive readjustments later, the Toulouse suburbs resume orders. But Pamiers adapts better and better to the athletic dimension of its hosts and equality to the break rewards the Ariégeoise valor (34-34).
UOP ends up cracking
Unfortunately, the beginning of the second half is the consistent copy of the first possessions with Appaméens who take time to get in tune; Except that the Columérins, in addition, found an address in the long distance shooting. The UOP is not to be outdone and continues to produce well-made content but the premises made a substantial first gap (44-38 then 58-50). Farid Abdeldjebbar, clumsy in the first act, finds his arm to allow his family to maintain contact but Pamiers must still whip behind Haut-Garonnais, particularly in verve. Still within reach in the middle of the last quarter (72-67, 34th), the Ariégeois crack for good, perhaps a little more tired and less lucid than their hosts. Colomiers recovers precious offensive rebounds, the UOP is struggling to keep the frenzied rhythm of the Toulouse suburbs and will have the bonus of severe technical faults which trigger new frustrations in the yellow and black ranks and complete their last hopes. Next weekend, facing the last, it will be absolutely necessary to defeat.
