President Sébastien Gérard and the members of the board of directors of the Figeac Photo Club are sending out invitations to the general meeting which will be held on Monday, September 30 at 6 p.m. at the Lois building (former gendarmerie), rue de la Pintre in Figeac.
The agenda will include several essential points for the life of the club. First, the moral report will be presented by the president, followed by the approval of the accounts and the activity report for the past year. The provisional budget will then be submitted for approval by the assembly. One of the key moments of the meeting will be the renewal of the board of directors, with the election of its new members. Before the end of the session, a session of various questions will address the points raised by the participants. Open to all, the association welcomes beginners and experienced players. Practical workshops are offered every two weeks as well as monthly photo outings.
