The dining room was painted a light taupe pink, while we opted for a neutral white in the living room and kitchen. Everything is harmoniously combined with vintage furniture, like the 1950s lime yellow Catalan sofa by Isabella Bo and the dark green mid-century armchairs, also by Isabella Bo. »they remember.
Not only family and friends gathered there, but also artists and the public, creating a synergy between the built and the cultural, which, for ESPECIE, represents the best definition of architecture. “The renovation project focused on reorganizing the space by opening up the areas adjoining the facade, transforming three closed rooms into a large day area overlooking the four original balconies. Thus, the living room, the dining room and the kitchen are arranged in a row, with the kitchen that we designed as a backdrop. This space, with its central island, was designed as a demonstration kitchen, allowing the chef to be visible during gastronomic events while offering, for us, as daily residents, fluid circulation in the entire house, the island being the heart of this space. »
