Louise Sigouin, who is an expert in relationship support, has been all the rage since she appeared in the popular reality docuseries If we loved each other And If we still loved each other. 1) Louise Sigouin the author and speaker
She has written 3 books, If we loved each other volume 1 (2020), 2 (2021) and 3 (2023), in collaboration with his co-author François De Falkensteen. These publications focus on the 5 dualities, emotional autonomy and the joys/challenges of living together.
She also gave lectures to the public on her favorite subjects.
2) His married life
She is in a relationship with Lise Garceau, who is a meditation teacher and personal/professional growth consultant. They made a first public release in June 2023 during the media premiere Hate.
However, she did not intend to expose her relationship to the general public during this event: “We were at the premiere of Hate, and I didn’t do an interview. I thought it was going to go under the radar, but it didn’t. It was very well received. It proves that I put into practice every day what I preach in If we loved each other. That’s what convinces me it works.”
3) She changed her professional title
She worked as a sexologist from 1992 to 2022. Since then, she has held the title of expert in relationship support, because she withdrew from the Professional Order of Sexologists of Quebec in 2022 to continue the television project that ‘is SI loved each other. “If we loved each other trumped my professional order,” she said in an interview.
In fact, the trustee of her professional order had filed a complaint against her following various ethical and deontological issues in her practice during the filming of If we loved each other.
4) She claims that the project If we loved each other changed his life
In an interview in our pages, Louise Sigouin admitted that “This project has changed [sa] life!” She adds: “Thanks to the trust of Anne Boyer, the creator and producer of the show, I entered a professional environment that was completely unknown to me. It allowed me to participate in the creation of a new educational concept which allows us to support the public emotionally, romantically and sexually.”
5) Despite her popular success, Louise continues her support in private
Although she is now on television, Louise Sigouin continues to support and help people in the private sector: “It is important for me to maintain my practice, because that is what allows me to remain available for my clientele,” she confided in November 2023.
