Actress Susan Buckner, known for her role as Patty Simcox in “Grease,” died peacefully and surrounded by loved ones on May 2, at the age of 72. The cause of his death has not been specified.
It was his relatives who announced the sad news to the media Deadline, which revealed the information this Tuesday, May 7.
If Susan Buckner has taken part in numerous television shows and in several films, it is her role as a cheerleader alongside Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta that will have left her mark. Olivia Newton-John passed away on August 8, 2022, at the age of 73.

“Grease”, released in 1978, was one of the biggest cinematic successes, with nearly $400 million in box office revenue, for a budget of barely $6 million.
