It is an official visit which is of great importance for the President of the Republic, Emmanuel Macron and the Head of State has pulled out all the stops for the reception of one of the most powerful leaders of the planet. Since Monday, Chinese President Xi Jinping has been on French soil and he was received with his wife, Peng Liyuan, at the Élysée for a bilateral meeting between the two politicians. Brigitte Macron was also present to welcome the couple and for this important meeting, the First Lady opted for a red suit with the most beautiful effectalongside her husband, in a navy blue suit.
While the President of the Republic and his Chinese counterpart discussed politics, Brigitte Macron and Peng Liyuan both went to the Musée d’Orsay for a tour of the place. In the evening, the two presidents and their wives were able to enjoy a state dinner organized in honor of Xi Jinping and his wife at the Elysée presidential palace, in the presence of many French and Chinese celebrities.
