François Hollande thus appears walking in the streets of Bourges with his “Bourges 2028” pin surrounded by his wife, Julie Gayet, and their dog, Philaé, and directly attracts his followers with a touch of humor. “For the weather, it’s not necessarily ideal, but anyway, it’s the usual weather for me,” he says, referring to his habit of being accompanied by rain on each of his trips. .
