A 13-year-old boy was seriously injured in a stabbing attack in Kiel, northern Germany. Seven suspects have been arrested, and an investigation into attempted homicide is underway.
On Sunday evening, in the Hassee district of Kiel, a group of young people allegedly lured a 13-year-old boy out of his home under false pretenses. An altercation ensued, during which the victim was stabbed. After the attack, the attackers fled.
The police, who arrived quickly on the scene, were able to resuscitate the young boy on the spot. Rushed to hospital, he underwent surgery and is currently in intensive care, according to authorities.
