“Mysterious light signals” in the New Jersey sky: lights come from drones, helicopters and even stars ensures National Security

The rumor of possible foreign interference has increased in recent days following the multiplication of these lights in the sky, but there would be “nothing abnormal”, nor “mysterious” in the presence of these drones.

The drones seen in the northeastern United States do not represent “no risk” for national or public security, American federal agencies said Tuesday while these flying devices sowed panic, particularly in New Jersey. American President-elect Donald Trump even considered that there was “something strange”.

“We have not detected anything unusual and do not believe that the activity to date presents a risk to national security or public safety in the airspace of New Jersey and other northern states. East”declared the federal police, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense and the FAA (American aviation regulator) in a joint statement.

The rumor has grown in recent days on social networks where many residents are wondering about the presence of these light signals. John Kirby, the spokesperson for the National Security Council, recalled that there was “more than a million legal drones” in the United States.

“After carefully reviewing the technical data and information provided by concerned citizens, we believe that the sightings made to date include a combination of legal commercial drones, hobbyist drones, and law enforcement drones, as well as that gliders, helicopters and stars mistakenly identified as drones”we can read in the press release.

These drones, seen for several weeks in the northeast of the countryhave aroused the concern of residents regarding possible foreign involvement and gave rise to accusations of an alleged cover-up by the US government.

Senior U.S. officials have brushed off any suggestion of foreign involvement, including claims that the drones were launched from Iranian or Chinese vessels.
