The choice of guests for this ceremony was carefully made by the Élysée and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Alongside the Moroccan sovereign, other prominent figures, such as United States President-elect Donald Trump and current President Joe Biden, will be present. European monarchs, such as King Charles III of the United Kingdom and King Felipe VI of Spain, as well as Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, are also on the list.
“The list of invited personalities was carefully prepared by the Élysée and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,” a source close to the matter told Europe 1.

The event will also bring together leading religious representatives, such as New York Archbishop Timothy Michael Dolan and Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I of Constantinople.
To guarantee the smooth running of the ceremony, the French authorities have provided reinforced security. “We will not take any risks,” said a manager interviewed by the same source.
This celebration has a particular meaning for France, but also for other nations. The fire that destroyed part of Notre-Dame in April 2019 caused great emotion across the world. King Mohammed VI had also made a financial contribution to support the restoration efforts, a gesture welcomed by France.
