The European Greens and the Global Greens have very officially asked Green candidate Jill Stein to withdraw her candidacy, so as not to harm Kamala Harris.

We won’t teach you anything by telling you that tomorrow, on the other side of the Atlantic, we will vote to elect the next president of the United States of America. An election that is always funny to follow on the French side where we are sometimes surprised that a candidate having received millions of votes less than his opponent can still be elected. But who are we to judge, we who live in a country whose Prime Minister is a man from a party that came in fourth place in the last legislative elections?
On the American side, we will therefore have to choose between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. But voters will nevertheless be able to vote for other candidates, including Jill Stein, candidate of the American Green Party. This has absolutely no chance of winning but it could harm Harris, by taking away decisive votes in certain swing states. The danger is taken very seriously, so much so that, last Friday, the European Greens very officially asked him to withdraw his candidacy.
