In a report published by two government organizations, the 148 cans of tuna randomly analyzed and marketed in , Germany, England, Spain or Italy contained a level of mercury 4 times higher than the accepted European standard (1.0 mg/kg). The question therefore arises as to whether we can continue to consume it without having health problems.

According to dietician-nutritionist Alexandra Rétion interviewed on TF1’s 8 p.m. news, you should limit yourself to consuming tuna once every 3 weeks or a month.
