At the heart of the American presidential election with 20 minutes

The “20 minutes” editorial team is working to bring you the event of the month of November: the presidential election in the United States. Two special correspondents will be on site, supported by a team based in the Lausanne editorial office.

Dario Brander will travel through Pennsylvania, a state that could swing the outcome of the election. Called the “rust belt,” this northeastern region is the cradle of American democracy. It was in fact in Philadelphia that the Constitution was adopted.

Robin Carrel will establish himself in the heart of power, in Washington. He will visit the White House and behind the scenes of the capital to bring you the presidential election from the inside.

Meanwhile, at the Lausanne editorial office, around ten journalists have already started to feed a continuous news feed, until the outcome of the election, or even beyond. The highlight will obviously be the night of November 5 to 6, which six valiant enthusiasts will cover from start to finish, live. Highlights, interventions from our special correspondents, evolution of the vote, projections, anecdotes, atmosphere… There will be food and drink for our readers (and especially coffee for our team). Visit our site, our app and our social networks!
