Going in the fall is a good idea to escape the routine and stress that the start of the school year may have caused. However, going away during school holidays can be quite a budget, even when you plan in advance. Top10desCasinos analyzed a series of criteria linked to costs to make a ranking of the cities to visit at low prices in Europe.
Which destination to choose for a vacation without breaking the bank this fall?
To establish this ranking, data relating to costs was obtained for each city, each indicator giving the city a score out of 100. They therefore based themselves on the number of affordable hotels, the average daily price of food for a person, the number of restaurants rated as “cheap and fast” on TripAdvisor, the average price of a taxi for a 5 km journey, the average cost of public transport for a single ticket and the number of tourist attractions accessible for less than 20 euros.

Result ? Istanbul is the most affordable destination, followed by Krakow, Warsaw and Budapest. Bucharest closes the top 5.
In the rest of the ranking, we find Prague, Athens, Porto, Lisbon and Rome. Seville, Madrid, Sarajevo, Zagreb, Chișinău, Skopje, Valencia, Vilnius, Naples and Riga complete the top 20.
Some large cities are therefore included in the ranking, proving that it is possible to organize your trip without blowing your budget.
