Franco-Beninese activist Kémi Seba was arrested again in Paris this Monday around 2 p.m., while he was having lunch in a restaurant in the 15th arrondissement with his right-hand man, Cyrille Kamden.
Kémi Séba is in the hands of the French authorities. According to exclusive information collected by “Afrique Confidential”, the activist was arrested when leaving the restaurant. In a guard position, the Franco-Beninese will spend the night in police premises, while the authorities continue their investigation into the circumstances surrounding his arrest.

Kemi Seba would have entered French territory illegally!
On October 10, Kémi Seba arrived in Paris from Spain and allegedly used a Nigerien diplomatic passport to enter France. The precise reasons for this arrest have not been officially disclosed by the French authorities.
