A 42-year-old man who caused chaos at a bar by refusing to pay his bill and assaulting the manager after he told President Trump was going to kick him out was arrested Sunday in Miami Beach, Florida.

Michael Nixon faces several charges, including assault, battery with harm, fraud and disorderly conduct in a licensed establishment, NBC News reported Tuesday.

Miami Beach police intervened on Sunday in a bar on Collins Avenue after an attack on a bar manager by the forty-year-old who refused to pay his drink bill of more than US$130.

According to the local police report, the forty-year-old who made the threats shouted at the manager, an immigrant from his state, to tell him that Donald Trump was soon going to expel him from the United States.

Hysterical, the aggressive customer, not happy with the chaos caused in the establishment, rushed towards the manager to attack him in front of the police who quickly intervened to push him to leave the premises.

Except that after a while, while the police were interviewing the manager, the suspect returned to the same bar to repeat his threats, before being arrested and placed in police custody, according to the American media.
