A collision between a tanker truck and a motorcycle killed two people instantly, in Kolda, a town in Senegal located in Haute-Casamance, in the south of the country, near the border with Guinea-Bissau. The tragedy occurred shortly before 8 p.m. on the axis linking the city center to Saré Kémo, in the commune of Kolda.
According to our colleagues at iRadio, the driver of the truck lost control of his vehicle while trying to avoid a cow, and ended up on a motorcycle coming in the opposite direction. The driver of the motorcycle and his passenger both died instantly.
