After several days on the run, Luigi Mangione was found on December 9 and placed in pre-trial detention pending his trial. According to the New York Post, the Italian-American, who has been the subject of real fascination since his arrest, is drowning in love letters.
As relayed by Paris Match, he received 140 letters during his ten days in prison in Pennsylvania, before his transfer to New York. Many women have even gone so far as to tattoo the young man's face on their bodies.
