In recent hours, Israeli aircraft have attacked dozens of Hezbollah terrorist targets deep in Lebanese territory and in South Lebanon.
In the Dahieh neighborhood of Beirut, aircraft destroyed 12 Hezbollah command posts which served as bases for organizing and carrying out terrorist actions against Israeli citizens and IDF forces.
Furthermore, weapons warehouses were destroyed as well as sites from which rockets were fired yesterday (Sunday) in the Haifa region and that of Sharon in central Israel.
Ground forces in South Lebanon are also continuing their mission to destroy terrorist installations that directly threaten Israeli territory. More than 150 targets have been attacked in recent hours and dozens of terrorists eliminated.
Yesterday (Sunday), 540 alerts were sounded in the north and center of the country due to more than 200 rockets fired by Hezbollah.
The Israeli air force eliminated Ahmad Abad Halim Abu Hussin, the missile commander of Hamas' East Jabaliya battalion. He was responsible for firing rockets and mortars into Israeli territory and IDF forces operating in the Gaza Strip.

During this attack, other terrorists were eliminated including Muhammad Abdel Rahman Mahmoud Zakat, who was one of the terrorists who invaded Israel and massacred civilian populations on October 7.
The Israeli army continues its anti-terrorist operations in Judea and Samaria. Two Palestinian terrorists were eliminated last night (Sunday to Monday) near Jenin while threatening IDF forces with explosives.
