The leader of Lebanese Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallah, threatened Cyprus on Wednesday if the island decided to open its airports and bases to Israel in the event of war against his movement.

“Opening Cypriot airports and bases to the Israeli enemy to target Lebanon would mean that the Cypriot government is party to the war,” he said in a televised speech broadcast live.

No place in Israel will be spared in the event of war

Hassan Nasrallah also warned on Wednesday that “no place” in Israel would be spared from his team’s missiles if Israeli leaders carried out their threats to attack Lebanon.

“The enemy knows perfectly well that we have prepared for the worst (..) He knows that no place will be spared by our missiles” and he must “wait for us by land, by sea and by air,” he said. he warned in a speech broadcast live on television.
