Anne Deysine, jurist and specialist in the United States, describes the weakness of potential counter-powers in the face of Donald Trump being elected president while American voters are called to the polls, Tuesday, November 5, to elect whoever will succeed Joe Biden at the White House.

L’American presidential election will officially take place on Tuesday November 5,(New window) but in 47 states, voters have already been able to vote for three weeks to choose the next tenant of the White House. In the running, Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Kamala Harris.
