On March 18, the teenager, a 17-year-old Swiss woman, was found in the parking lot of a supermarket in Spain. She was sleeping in a dilapidated car, which attracted the attention of the police. Thanks to this check, the agents were able to identify the young girl.

According to police, she was in a poor state, wearing dirty clothes and her hair was shaved. She was found with her sisters, who are adults, and her father, who suffers from mental problems. At the time of her disappearance, the young girl was forbidden from approaching her father, because she was considered vulnerable. The family lived in a “totally disconnected” Swiss forest. The Spanish media Diario SUR has also nicknamed her the “wolf girl”. She did not go to school and had no contact with other children except her sisters.

Once found, the young girl was placed by a court in a center for minors in Andalusia. She has since been handed over to social services in Switzerland. The mother of the three sisters has not seen them for six years, she could also be suffering from mental disorders.
